What to Expect
Evaluations typically last 35–60 minutes and follow a structured clinical interview format consistent with Massachusetts RMV standards.
To complete the assessment accurately, the following documentation is required prior to the appointment:
-
Documentation of any prior substance use treatment
(Inpatient, IOP, PHP, MAT, outpatient, etc.) -
Copies of any completed laboratory-verified urine drug screens
-
Incident reports, police reports, court documentation, or RMV letters outlining the reason for evaluation
-
Copies of any prior substance use evaluations
Complete and accurate information is essential to ensure the validity and integrity of the final report.
