Raven SAP MH is the private practice of Raymond Landry, LMHC, LADC1, SAP providing secure telehealth services for:

• Massachusetts RMV Substance Use Evaluations

• DOT-SAP Evaluations (FMCSA Registered)

RMV and DOT evaluations are conducted using structured clinical interviews and evidence-based assessment tools. All reports and treatment recommendations are completed in accordance with Massachusetts RMV and federal DOT guidelines.

Ray has worked in the mental health and substance use field since 2012, with experience in community-based services, recovery programs, group facilitation, hospital settings, and outpatient clinical practice. He currently practices as a licensed clinician and federally qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).

My assessment style is structured yet collaborative — rooted in federal and state regulatory standards, professional ethics, and a deep respect for the individual sitting across from me. Whether conducting Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluations or Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) assessments, each evaluation is approached with clarity, neutrality, and thorough clinical documentation. The purpose is not treatment, but an accurate determination supported by evidence-based tools, regulatory criteria, and clear communication with referring agencies and employers.

Raven SAP MH is dedicated exclusively to professional assessment services. SAP evaluations are conducted in accordance with federal DOT regulations and are available to individuals across multiple states where I am licensed. RMV assessments are provided specifically for Massachusetts in compliance with state standards and RMV expectations.
